Hi Sobeida, could you start by telling us a bit about yourself and your background?

Of course! I was born in Cuba and raised in Spain. My mother is Cuban, and I always say that’s where I got my caramel-colored skin from—jajaja. I’ve been modeling for as long as I can remember, and recently, I felt it was time to grow into a new chapter as a businesswoman in real estate. I’m now managing my family’s properties, and they’re thrilled—not just because I’m doing great work, but also because I’m closer to them!

Can you share the story of your journey—what inspired you to enter both real estate and digital creation?

Modeling has been a big part of my life, but as I’ve grown, I felt the desire to build something more stable and long-term. Real estate came naturally, especially since my family already had properties. It felt right to step in and take that on professionally. As for digital platforms, I use Instagram just for fun—it gives us a broader view of the world and keeps life entertaining.

How would you describe your personal style, both professionally and creatively?

I’d say my style is bold yet warm. I love elegance but with personality—something that feels alive. Professionally, I’m very committed, responsible, and intuitive. Creatively, I follow what feels authentic to me, whether it’s fashion, design, or how I communicate online. I like things that tell a story.

You’ve also worked as a model—what has that experience been like for you?

It’s been empowering and fun. Modeling taught me discipline, presence, and confidence. It also gave me the opportunity to connect with people from so many different backgrounds. It’s a part of me that will always be there, even as I grow into new roles.

How long have you been in the real estate industry, and what drew you to this field?

I’m relatively new to the industry but very passionate about it. What drew me in was the opportunity to work closely with my family and help manage our properties. It’s a new challenge, but one that makes me feel fulfilled and motivated. Plus, it’s brought me even closer to the people I love.

Are you involved in any community projects or volunteering initiatives? If so, could you tell us more about them?

Yes, I’ve created events aimed at supporting communities in need. One of the most beautiful experiences was working with Seeds of Life, where we had the joy of giving back—bringing smiles, love, and happiness to those who needed it most. It’s something that fills my heart.

You’ve already accomplished so much—how do you plan to elevate your business goals in the year ahead?

This year, I want to keep growing—both in real estate and personally. My mind feels more mature and focused now at 28. I’m passionate, driven, and ready to take on bigger opportunities, especially in property management and investments. I also want to keep supporting causes that matter to me.

Do you feel that digital presence and personal branding have become essential elements in the luxury property market today?

Absolutely. Even though I use Instagram mostly for fun, I recognize how powerful a digital presence is—it connects us globally and gives clients insight into who you are. In the luxury market, people don’t just buy a home; they buy into a lifestyle and a relationship.

Looking ahead, what are your main goals, both personally and professionally? How do you envision your future?

Personally, I want to keep embracing love, growth, and all the beautiful things life has to offer. I’m very grateful for everything God has given me. Professionally, I see myself becoming even more established in real estate, expanding my reach, and maybe even building a brand that inspires other young women to dream bigger. Like Karol G says, “Pero quiero creer que aún se puede querer… y sino, seguiré coleccionando heridas”—and honestly, I really feel that.

Who have been some of your favorite collaborators in your journey so far?

I’ve had the joy of working with amazing creatives—photographers, designers, and community leaders. But the most meaningful collaborations have always been with people who lead with heart, respect, and vision. That’s where the magic happens.
