How did you first realize your passion for helping women with their self-esteem, and what led you to become a self-esteem mentor?

I realized this passion through my own journey. There was a time in my life when I felt disconnected from my own value, and rebuilding my self-esteem became a turning point. As I went deeper into personal development and spirituality, I discovered practical tools that transformed my confidence. I knew I wanted to share that transformation with other women. Becoming a mentor was a natural step—it wasn’t just about guiding others, but also about showing them that they are not alone and that confidence can be learned and cultivated.

You provide “practical and emotional tools” in your programs. Can you share an example of a simple tool that a woman could use today to boost her confidence?

One simple but powerful tool is the practice of “mirror affirmations.” Every morning, stand in front of the mirror, look into your own eyes, and say out loud three affirmations like “I am worthy, I am enough, I am powerful.” It may feel uncomfortable at first, but consistency rewires your self-talk and helps you start the day anchored in self-belief.

What is the most common challenge you see women facing when it comes to their self-worth, and how do you help them overcome it?

The most common challenge is comparison—believing they’re not good enough because they measure themselves against others. I help them by shifting the focus inward, guiding them to recognize their unique strengths and values. Through exercises in self-awareness and gratitude, they learn to celebrate who they are, instead of trying to be someone else.

How do you ensure your mentorship is accessible and relatable to women from diverse backgrounds and cultures?

I believe self-worth is a universal need, regardless of culture. I create content and mentorship spaces that are inclusive, using clear language, relatable stories, and practical tools that any woman can apply to her reality. I also listen deeply—each woman’s journey is unique, and my role is to meet her where she is, with respect and empathy.

As an “inspirational influencer,” how do you maintain authenticity and share your genuine self with a large audience?

Authenticity is the foundation of everything I do. I share not only my victories but also my struggles, because women connect with the real, not with perfection. I remind myself that my role isn’t to impress, but to inspire—and inspiration comes from being human, honest, and consistent with my values.

Your content blends well-being, lifestyle, and female empowerment. How do you decide what to share and what to keep private?

I see my content as a window, not a full diary. I choose to share what can uplift, educate, or inspire other women—stories, lessons, and practices that carry value. At the same time, I protect certain aspects of my personal life, because boundaries are important. This balance allows me to be open and relatable while also safeguarding my own peace and intimacy.

Having moved from Brazil to Dubai, how has this global experience influenced your approach to female empowerment and your work with women internationally?

Moving from Brazil to Dubai has expanded my vision of what it means to empower women. Living between different cultures taught me that, while our backgrounds and lifestyles may vary, the desire for confidence, freedom, and self-worth is universal. This experience has helped me create mentorship that speaks across cultures—respecting each woman’s individuality while reminding her that she belongs to a larger community of women worldwide who are also rewriting their stories.
